Cancellation policy
All float trips are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather - this includes but is not limited to flooding / high water events, severe rainstorms, thunderstorms, high winds, bitter cold (well below freezing), and more. Additionally, river closures, vehicle troubles, family emergencies, and more may factor into float cancellations. Trips may be cancelled by NSST at any time with these factors in mind with guest choices to either delay a trip or secure a full refund.
Additionally, cancellations by guests will warrant full refunds up to 24 hours in advance of any booking regardless of reason. Half refund offered if cancelling less than 24 hours on any booking. *Rain is expected in the PNW and will not warrant a full refund day-of.
